Tringger release in other organization uing service endpoint

We have two organizations. I create a service endpoint in organization A using PAT and Connection URL from organization B (it pass verification). However in "Project name" dropdown i see projects from organization A, while i expect to see projects of organization B. Am i doing this wrong? Or such case is not supported in the first place?

It appears that i can trigger pipeliles between projects, its only that i need to enter Porject Name and Definition name manully instead of using dropdown option
