i am trying to install it in my msi gf63 thin 9sc and by doing everything i get this message every time even after trying to install libQt5 it is not installing and say unable to locate package

Maybe you have a custom install path for Qt? In which case I believe you need to add Qt's bin folder to your PATH environment variable.
