Name change of module in skimage

Hi,

I tried to install and run NeuTomPy today and ran into the folowwing error:

ImportError: cannot import name 'compare_ssim' from 'skimage.measure'

Apparently the name changed from skimage.measure.compare_ssim to skimage.metrics.structural_similarity in version number 0.16. Is there any plan to upgrade the dependency or is it up to the user to import an old version of skimage?
