[Surface Pro 4] Keyboard does not work after being disconnected until restart

Hello there!

Apologies if I am not providing anything useful, I am on Manjaro and I installed the kernel recently, everything else is working wonderfully, but unfortunately every time I disconnect the keyboard and then put it back on, it won't work, I have to fully restart to get it working again.

Not very helpful, but I was experiencing this same thing on Arch. I decided to test it again after a few months of messing with it to no success. However, this time when I tried it, it reconnected perfectly. Have no clue what the issue was.

Originally, I modified the udev rules but udev kept throwing errors when running the rule (even something as simple as touch was failing). Now, udev still throws the errors but at least the keyboard automatically works after reattach now.

After installing 5.3.15, my keyboard reconnects after being detached on my Surface Pro 4 running Manjaro. Thank you!!!
