Custom endpoints

Hi, I tried to add support for custom S3 endpoints, such as MinIO or Ceph radosgw, for my own use and I think it could be useful. I am not Go programmer, but I think that it could go something like that. The reviews and improvements would be greatly appreciated. :)

Hi @doma2203, apologies I haven't gotten to this sooner, did not mean to leave this for months! I'll try and carve out some time over the next couple of days to take a look.
