Describe the bug

when a task reopen, the percent complete of a task is forced to 50%

Context

Device: (Pixel 2 API 28) and (Nexus 5 API 28) OS Version: Android 9.0(Google Play) App version: 1.0.06

How to reproduce

  1. click add a new Task button
  2. type "task A" in the title field and save it
  3. swipe the task A to complete it
  4. swipe again to reopen it

Actual behavior

the percent complete of a task is forced to 50% image

Expected behavior

the percent complete of a task should be 0 image
