Use a different notification category for the "task completed" notification

Right now, the "Task completed" notification appears to use the same notification category as "Start and due dates". It would be nice if it was a separate category. My notification tone for Start and due dates is sort of obnoxious to make sure it gets my attention when something is coming due. And then when I mark it completed I get that obnoxious noise again. If it were a separate category I could give that one a different noise (like silent).

This notification shouldn't make a sound at all and it should just replace the notification before (instead of showing up as a completely new notification). I didn't manage to do that yet but it should be possible.
