Dark theme not applied to new task creation menu

After setting dark mode when you create a new task the dark theme is not applied to the new task creation menu. Dark mode is applied to the new task once it is created and saved.

This was driving me up the wall as it nearly blinded me each time I wanted to make a new task, so I just implemented my own. Note that my repo will only look decent for dark theme, not light theme. If you apply light theme, things will break. I also couldn't get the timepicker to work at all with my changes - I'm NOT an android developer at all, this was my first touch at an android project, so I just kinda just threw things together real quick to get it working the way that I was personally satisfied with. Feel free to fork and make your own changes.
