checklist items disappear in a new task

How to reproduce: Create a new task with the plus button. Immediately open the new task. Add some checklist items. After few seconds the items would dissapear. The task stays open, but the items are deleted.

I can reproduce the bug most of the time.

OpenTasks version 1.4.2, installed using f-droid.

LineageOS 17.1-20210815-microG-avicii

Server is radicale version 3.0.6
