[Feature request] Translations in Transifex

I propose to add the possibility of translating the application in Transifex.

Advantages of such a translation:

1. The ability to easily add a new language by the Transifex community.
2. Actually performed translations (noticing new text strings).
3. Quick correction of the translation.
4. Percentage of the number of translations.
