Behaviour: Project Summary graph shows selected projects that the filters excludes from the list

Reproduction:

  1. Make sure all projects are visible
  2. Select the checkbox for a project
  3. Change the IDE filter or add a project name filter so that the selected project is no longer visible
  4. Note that the project is still in the graph

This might not be considered a bug, I can imagine that people might want to filter projects in order to to make a selection to show on the graph, so they shouldn't just be deselected because they aren't visible in the list. Also, people may want projects in the graph that are normally hidden from the list, for the sake of brevity.
