What's the status / things that need to be done to port python 3 in?

According to https://github.com/rkern/line_profiler#id13 line_profiler has python 3.0 support as of 1.0

this works, no modifications needed: macOS Sierra, Django 1.11.6, Python 3.6.3, django-debug-toolbar-line-profiler-0.6.1, line-profiler 2.0
