Hello!

One question about the interpretation of the results from RCTD:

I am not sure how to interpret this.

1. Which cell type assignement is confident? Only spot_class "singlet"?
2. Why is first_class FALSE for every single cell in my object?
3. Why does a spot_class "reject" gets a first_type assignment?
4. Where can I find a confidence measure for celltype assignment?
