Duplicate Notification? How to resolve?

I am seeing a pair of duplicated Notifications. It is not clear which is which, or whether they are referring to my past attempt to correctly set up Epichrome. Screenshot:

How do I get it resolved? Is it a known issue?

This has to do with the fact that Epichrome apps's engine is separate from the launch app. It's frustrating, as the launch app doesn't need to send notifications, but I haven't been able to stop the system from listing it in the notification system.

I'm working on architecture changes for version 2.4 that may fix this. I'll check in here when that version is ready.
