Caps lock is breaking shortcuts

Which is strange. Because I thought control keys like alt or ctrl aren't affected by caps lock.

Fascinating! Really appreciate this bug report since as someone who always maps Caps Lock to Control, I'm completely blind to this use case.

I can't jump straight on this, so labeling it Developer Wanted in the hopes someone can claim it sooner than me.
