pursuit travis to reopen the locked bug

We need to pursuit Travis to reopen https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/929

Now we cannot even comment on it and we have no idea on when this will be officially supported and we are not talking about a weird corner-case feature, deployment is something you do want to perform for each matrix build.

With new containers this should be even fun. maybe to have container that is linked to the rest, with ability to combine a build. might very good if matrix is used.
