Status of the project?

Hi,

how is the status of the project? I would like to provide a PR that uses floating-ui for positioning. But if the project is basically dead, I would obviously avoid the effort.

I was looking at a different issue (https://github.com/dmacfarlane/angular-mentions/issues/240) and now I am wondering about this issue too? If there is no response, I'd assume dead. Any alternatives people have moved to? I really liked this library.
