Bug Report : FileNotFoundError when selecting "ysgyolo" as Text Detector

Description of the Problem

When switching the Text Detector from ctd to ysgyolo in the application's settings, the program fails with a FileNotFoundError .

You have to download the models yourself, you can find posted somewhere around here because they aren't on pypi.
