Completing block drawing for normal recognition at borders

I have this idea. Now, if at least part of the recognition block is located outside the border of the picture, then recognition fails:

Maybe we can complete the picture if we go abroad? By the amount by which the text recognition block extends beyond the border of the image + 5 pixels. The text detector itself sometimes recognizes text at the border and, because of this error, stupidly does not want to work.
