Updating the settings config file when adding a WinOCR language

I noticed such a joke that the config does not see Japanese, although other programs like powertoys see everything perfectly. As far as I understand, I need to completely delete the configuration file and create it again

edit 1: winocr uses the built-in ocr on windows and you open a powershell terminal with administrator privileges to install and uninstall language packs

edit 2: the language files for ocr are system files

What's the problem? When I added a language to the system, I went into the program and it did not see the language. Then I had to delete the configuration file and wait for BT to generate it itself with the new language
