edit/add to filter?

it would be great to either edit or add additional item to filter.

i.e. I like to setup created, notified, etc. general sections but then be able to edit to add/set which org i'm interested in (since I work on multiple github orgs. then that would be applied to sections and I can avoid to repeat the config for every org.
