Flicker on UI update

Describe the bug The entire UI flickers during any UI update.

To Reproduce The flicker happens on any UI update. Examples:

  • Initial load
  • Switching tabs
  • Searching
  • Refreshing
  • Etc

Note: It's possible this won't reproduce in all environments; I've only tried gh-dash in a single environment so far. See details on my environment below.

Expected behavior The screen should not flicker

  • OS: MacOS Ventura - 13.6 (22G120)
  • Terminal: iTerm2 - Build 3.5.0
  • Multiplexer: Zellij - 0.38.2
  • Shell: fish - 3.6.1
