[BUG] Layout breaks and header disappears when resizing window with help view open

Describe the bug When the help view is open and the window's height is adjusted, the layout becomes disrupted and the header is no longer visible. If the help view is not open, adjusting the window's height does not cause any issues.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Press ? to open the help view.
  2. Change the height of the terminal window.

Expected behavior The layout should adaptively adjust to the window size changes.
