[A11y]: Accessibility focus change triggers speak completion

🐛 Bug Report

I'm not exactly sure this issue is related to the plugin or Flutter. When I have TalkBack enabled on the device and while TTS is playing a text, as soonest I swipe right or left the plugin triggers completion on the speaking text.

So far as I have tested I could only reproduce this issue on real OnePlus device and works fine on a Samsung.

Expected behavior

The plugin should keeps playing the text while navigating via TalkBack.

Reproduction steps

1. Run the example app on a real OnePlus device.
2. Write some text in text field.
3. Enable the TalkBack.
4. Navigate to play button and double tap to start playing the text.
5. Swipe left or right to change the a11y focus.
6. Note that the TTS is stoped playing.

unfortunately I haven't had time yet @838 . I don't have a real oneplus device, do you know if this is reproducible on any emulators?
