[ci] run verified source on all compatible dlt version

Background Since we started to declare the range of compatible dlt versions for each verified sources we should verify if they work on those versions.

Tasks

    • [ ] run each verified source tests on the earliest declared version of dlt (must have)
    • [ ] run on all existing versions from declared range
    • [ ] maybe we can use tox to switch test environments
    • [ ] those tests may run nightly and only on duckdb destination
