RFC: printout pick up service

A high volume of our users (aka 1) has expressed an interest in a printout-pickup service, wherein users can request another willing user to help them pick up a printout from the printer a la Grab Hitch. I think this is a good direction for our product to head towards. Pinging our PM @afterdusk for comments.

Considerations

We will have to pivot away from our software distribution model to a SaaS - type business. This would incur recurring costs and I foresee our current funding drying up fast to provide this service.
