Add Setup Templates

Add some setup templates for the basic setup types. Should help alleviate some setup confusion.

  1. Open/EdgeTx PPM/SBUS (80hz) - 4ch PPM, 12ms frame. Tilt-1,Roll-2,Pan-3, Bluetooth(Head)
  2. Open/EdgeTx Bluetooth PARA/CC2540 Wireless - Bluetooth(Head)
  3. Bluetooth Receiver, PPM/SBUS Out - Opt 3. - All Ch. Off, PPM 8Ch, 22.5ms Sbus@80Hz
  4. Spektrum - PPM 8ch 20ms frame - Tilt-5/Pan-6/Roll-7
  5. Any others? Copy your setup.ini file here and let me know the important parts.

Should ask user on a board that is detected blank. "Would you like to start with a template?"
