Bluetooth Coded PHY Mode - Inc. Para and CC2540 Modules

Recently added a request to switch to Coded PHY mode for the Bluetooth connection to help with range. So far works amazingly when going Arduino -> Arduino. Nice and smooth output and great range so far.

Will not work with the CC2540 modules but the PARA TICC2640/50 module should have support, if it's enabled in the software that is. More testing required to see if it will switch modes, so far It stays in 1M PHY only.
