Move patches/series to another project on the same mailing-list

We can now have multiple projects backed by the same mailing-list. An option to move patches/series to another project on the same ml, when people forget to tag the patches for instance, would be helpful.

Will the project names be known by Patchwork (i.e. can they be listed in a dropdown menu)? Or will users need to type a project name? Assuming the former is true, I've pushed a design here:

Select one of the series to enter the "actions" mode. This mode now includes a "move to project" option.

Sorry, one more question. Do we want the ability to move patches between projects? Or just series? In other words: is it possible that patches within a series belong to different projects? Thanks!
