Support for windows meta file (wmf)

Is there any particular reason why there is no support for wmf files with the imagemagick included in this project?

Describe the solution you'd like

Imagemagick should be built with wmf support (using libwmf) so that wmf files can be openend. So please consider adding libwmf to https://github.com/dlemstra/Magick.NET/blob/main/src/Magick.Native/libraries.md.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None of the other .net libraries seem to have support for WMF. At least I could not find a decoder for ImageSharp.

Additional context

Since libgdiplus is no more with .net 7 it would be nice if Magick.NET would consider adding this to make a wmf solution available for non-Windows build targets.

I suspect that you are aware that there is support for this on Windows? And I cannot add support for this on other platforms with libwmf because that is licensed under GPL-2.0 and that is not compatible with my license and probably also not with your commercial project.
