# apt update
# apt install dmd-compiler libphobos2-dev

 ...

 dmd-compiler : Depends: libphobos2-dev (= 2.089.1-0) but 2.089.0-0 is to be installed
 libphobos2-dev : Depends: dmd-compiler (= 2.089.0-0) but 2.089.1-0 is to be installed
