Description

Since Visual Studio 2015 Update 1, Microsoft provides Microsoft Build Tools 2015 as a free download. It includes C++ compilers, libraries, build scripts and Windows SDKs.

The installer should suggest to download Microsoft Build Tools 2015 if no VS is detected, because it is a small 24.5 MB download, which far more user-friendly than downloading and installing VS 2015 Community, which can take potentially hours.
