Download counter broken on most packages

For at least the last several days, the stats for several packages have not changed at all, including vibe-d.

For the score, it lists # of open issues. It says 448 on vibe. There are actually 408 now. For my arsd lib it says 19, but there are 18.Most recent github issue activity there was me closing one on March 25, making me think it hasn't updated since then.

I see the package "silly" is still updating regularly though... it is hosted on gitlab. I suspect there is something wrong with the github packages.

Not just download counters. It's package updates too. I released mysql-native 2 days ago, still hasn't updated to the latest revision, and I don't own it, so I can't force a refresh.
