Contents of index.html

For me it always was a page with blank Authors, Copyright and License sections. The only useful thing here is a link to actual module documentation.

I think index.html does not make much sense for project that has only one top-level package.

Even if project has many top-level packages, where it's expected to type text that will be written to index.html?
