Minor update to PyDataVis

This update makes some small changes to improve PyVis, in preparation for a full update in the coming curriculum cycle.

  • Remove quotes
  • Reduce the amount of times pandas plotting is introduces
  • streamline pandas functions and manipulations
  • Add explicit discussion of error estimation and aggregation in seaborn
  • streamlining plot customization + style sheets
  • Replace ending 'seaborn gallery' with challenge
  • Distribute challenges more evenly through the repository
