Part 1: step-by-step

1. The first part of the prose (before the first cell) is all repeated from the slides, and may be redundant after some additional editing of the slides.
2. I like the line by line explanations, but it would be nice if those blocks were also executable.

Part 2: step-by-step MLP

1. The prose part of this code could probably be in the slides as well, so that all of the visual explanations are in one place.
2. Since the code is essentially the same as the previous notebook, consider combining the notebooks into one, and emphasize the lines that are different. This will also streamline the notebooks.
