Cut new release?

Hi @dkubb, would it be possible to cut a new release now that https://github.com/dkubb/memoizable/pull/28 has landed? Even a pre-release or similar? It would be nice to be able to remove the thread_safe dependency since it has been archived and is no longer maintained. Cheers

comment: @mfinelli I think I should be able to do a release shortly. I had been using the git reference in my Gemfile in a few projects, but it's probably time to cut at least a pre-release.

I wanted to get #31 into a state where I can merge it and then I'll be ready.
