Upgrade to GermaNet API to 9.0.1

The de.tudarmstadt.ukp.dkpro.wsd.si.germanet-gpl module currently incorporates a patched
version of the GermaNet 8.0 API.  This should be upgraded to the new 9.0.1 API.
