A fat Jar for "ubycreate" should be created

The "ubycreate" module is different from the other DKPro-uby modules. It is an independent tool that could be runnable in a standalone mode

Is this issue still pending or was it resolved with Commit 0530ac3?

This is not completely fixed as the building of the JAR excludes too many classes. We hit this problem on your machine @logological.
