  • [ ] document boundary (# newdoc)
  • [ ] document ID (# newdoc id = mf920901-001)
  • [ ] paragraph boundary at sentence beginning (# newpar)
  • [ ] paragraph boundary in the middle of a sentence (NewPar=Yes)
  • [ ] paragraph ID (# newpar id = mf920901-001-p1)
  • [ ] respect SurfaceFeature when generating text headers
