Integrate BioLemmatizer

Since we lack non-GPL lemmatizes (ok, we have the one from the ClearNLP now), it may
be a good idea to integrate the BioLemmatizer (http://biolemmatizer.sourceforge.net).

The license appears to be a three-clause BSD variant.
