Thermostat Run Time or Filter Reminder?

I admit it's never been the best, but Nest Thermostats have a built in air filter change reminder, usually viewable only in the Nest app, based on the amount of run time of the fan in total since the last filter change. For reasons I've never understood, Google/Nest have often made finding the notification and related settings difficult over the years.

Is there any way the API can be used to capture the alert? Maybe reset it as well, but I am getting ahead of myself there. Barring that, is there any way the API could be used to capture total run time and make the determination of when a filter is ready to be changed on Hubitat, based on that?
