Not work in brazilian portuguese language

Some plugins, such as the App Search and Control Panel Search does not work in the Portuguese language of Brazil.

The search does not display any results.

Do results show if you search for control panel items in English? I'm not familiar with a way to retrieve control panel items in a specific language.
