Call to Arms improvement
Creatures that do not have a lair yet (or cannot reach made lair but other lair room is within reach) will not join the Call to Arms 'state'/'job' until they have a lair.
If you want to use Call to Arms somewhere and drop like 20 creatures down which cannot reach their own lair (because of lava/doors whatever) but there is another lair room within reach they will all walk away from the Call to Arms flag to make a new lair first.
I know creatures make a bed before joining CTA, but that they will make a new lair first if their bed is locked away is news for me. I'll look into it sometimes.
Just tested this, and creatures ALWAYS go to make a new Lair if they cannot reach their current one, not just before heeding a Call to Arms.
