[Bug] Fairies animate slower than intended while moving

their flying animation should only play slower if they're standing still. flies are probably also affected by this, but it's not as noticeable
The video looks good to me. It is different yes, but why do you feel this is bad?
maybe i'm looking at this from a strange perspective, but i think they should animate at the original speed when moving because that would require their wings to flap faster (to both keep them afloat, and move them in whatever direction they're heading in) while they can animate at their current speed when standing still, as that wouldn't require them to flap their wings as quickly since the only thing they need to do that for is to keep themselves afloat.
the TL;DR: is that i think this looks weird from a logical standpoint of "how do they keep themselves airborne and move around when their wings flap this slowly"
but if people don't have a problem with it how it is currently, it can stay as it is.
What happens now is that the faster they move, the faster they flap their wings.
