Only one flag per Guardpost
Originally reported on Google Code with ID 433
When you place a guard post there will be a flag on it showing to which player it belongs.
Nothing wrong with that.
But when you for instance make a 3x3 Guardpost there will be 9 flags on it.
Is it possible to make it that it will only show 1 flag per Guardpost?
I know the Hero Guardpost doesn't have a flag on it, so the texture (or the lack of
it) is already there.

It can be done, the main problem I see is that guard post without flags looks exactly
like bridge.
Also, on which tile the flag should remain? The first? The central? All corners?
I'm not sure it this is such a good idea; room full of flags looks strange, but players
have used to seeing it.

The normal post looks like that too, only with a flag, so I'm not seeing a problem there.
It's used like that for the Heroes in multiple campaign maps. (especially in DD)
I think if you were to implement it, that the flags on the corners would be the best
way.
1x1 post will have one flag
2x1 post will have two flags
10x1 post will have two flags one of each end.
3x3 post will have 4 flags one in each corner.
etc.
Not sure how the game would react when you put the flag central and make a 2x2 post
for instance.

I'd say that the Hero guard posts need flags. All other guard posts including the neutral
one have flags. And notice the room button shows the flag.
If the current implementation is disliked, perhaps give all exterior guard posts a
flag. (so a 3x3 room has 8 flags, a 5x5 room has 16 flags, etc.).
This at least fits with many other rooms, with there only being a distinction between
interior and exterior tiles.
That looks very nice I think. See attachment.

Still a bit too much flags for my taste, but it's better than how it's now.
Giving the Heroes a flag is a nice idea too, but how hard is that to implement? You
need to make a white flag then.

At the current stage, adding new graphics of any kind is not a problem.
The only thing which needs to be considered is that GFX data is not included in nightly
builds, so changes to graphics files must be made long before actual implementation
(ne complete build must come out in meantime).

I've made the required animations for the hero-guardpost,... the white flag. File attached.

Bumping this, I think it can be done now with slabset?
