'Transfer Spellbook' level special

The level specials in Dungeon Keeper, especially for the bonus levels, are very limited.

I think a very nice addition would be to add a 'Transfer Spellbook' level special,
which allows you to move a spell from one level to the next.

A very interesting possibility would be to be able to transfer a 'Destroy Walls' spell
to a level which doesn't have it, but does have part of the level walled off.
