Creatures attack Secret Doors indefinitely

~~It seems that attacks only damage Secret Doors while the creature can still see it. As Sight allows creatures to see them, the creature will no longer see the door when the spell expires. They do not recast the spell, yet they keep attacking the door, dealing no damage, and will keep attacking the door regardless.~~

~~To reproduce, have a couple of Samurai (level 5 or above) attack a Secret Door (use cheats if necessary). The door will stop taking damage after a few seconds, but they'll keep hitting it for evermore.~~

~~The solution is either 1) have creatures recast Sight when attacking a Secret Door, 2) have creatures cease attacking the door when the spell expires, or, 3) have their attacks do damage regardless.~~

It seems the issue is that their mêlée strikes aren't hitting the door.
