Accessibility options/settings

It would really be worth adding a load of settings/options players can turn on and off to help with accessibility (these would be off by default), including:

• All creature spells in possession can autofire.
• Keeper spells can be cast at full power immediately while holding ctrl.
• Lightning Strike colour palette swapped with brightest gamma palette or dog palette to avoid issues with epilepsy.
• Add a colourblind-friendly palette (would need to consult on any colours that cause issues).
