Melee creature with just ranged attacks fails to attack
There is a problem right now if the creature AttackPreference is set to MELEE and there are no available melee attacks even if the creature has ranged skills. The creature will just fumble around. i get this doesn't make sense, but there should be check state for the creature to use their next available skills regardless. im thinking of potential and eventual skills that disable melee based attacks.
